Activity log
With the activity log, you always have an overview of who made which changes to your group’s content and when.
Here’s how to find the activity log:
- Select the desired group.
- Click on “Activity Log” in the left menu.

View edit history
In the overview, you can see all changes made within the selected group. Use the drop-down menu to select the desired time period:
- Current day
- Previous day
- Last 7 days
- Last week
- Current month
- Last 30 days
- Previous month
- All
If any changes were made during the selected time period, they will automatically be displayed in the table.
Export data
You can also export the displayed activities as a CSV file:
- Click on “Export” in the left menu.
- Under “Export data,” select the “Download” option.
The CSV file contains all entries from the selected time period and can be further processed, for example, in Excel or Google Sheets.
