Multi-user collaboration

You can share groups in FRAMR. Cockpit with multiple users. These users can create playlists, edit them, schedule them in the group and on players.

To share a group with another user, open the group settings and select the “Collaborators” tab in the navigation on the left. All users who also have access to the selected group will be listed here.

Add or invite a user

Add an existing user directly by username

If the user already has a FRAMR. account and the username is known, the user can be added directly.

The e-mail address already exists as a FRAMR. account

When an e-mail address is entered, FRAMR. creates an invitation with a link. This also applies if a user account already exists for that e-mail address.

The e-mail address does not exist as a FRAMR. account yet

If the invited person does not have an account yet, they can still use the invitation link.

Share the invitation link manually

In the list of pending invites, the invitation link can be copied. This is useful if the e-mail did not arrive or if the invitation should be shared via another channel.

You also can remove the permission for a user. To do so, click on the user profile in the employee list and confirm the selection in the dialog box.
