Configure modules: 9. Edit history

In the “Edit History” section, you get a clear overview of who changed what and when on a module. This feature is especially useful for teams working on shared content and helps you keep track of all changes.

What is displayed?

For the selected module, you’ll see a reverse chronological list of all changes made:

  • Timestamp: When the change was made
  • User: Who made the change
  • Activity: What type of change was made (e.g., saved, deleted, moved)

Detailed analysis in the activity log

For a more comprehensive overview, you can view the entire history in a group’s “Activity Log” — including changes to other modules, groups, and content. There you can analyze changes across multiple users and time periods.
Note on user management

To ensure that the edit history is useful and traceable, it’s important that:

  • Each user uses an individual account
  • No shared accounts are used

Only then can changes be correctly assigned, and the history provides real value for collaboration.
