The “License & Invoices” page in the FRAMR. Help Center explains everything about your subscription — from booking and managing your license to downloading invoices. You’ll learn how to change your payment method, update your address and tax information, cancel a subscription, or adjust the number of licenses. The article guides you step-by-step through all the important functions in the FRAMR. cockpit, so you always have full control over your bookings and payments.
How to purchase a license
If you want to use FRAMR., you need a valid license. In this article, we’ll show you how to quickly and easily select your desired license package and complete the purchase.
1. Log in to FRAMR.
Open your browser and go to https://cockpit.framr.tv
Sign in with your user account
(email or username + password)
2. Open the “License & Invoices” section
Move your mouse cursor to your user account icon at the top right
Click on “License & Invoices”
You will now be taken to the area where you can purchase new licenses
- Select the suitable license package:
- PROPELLER – ideal for basic requirements
- JET – for professional applications with advanced features
- Decide between a monthly or annual subscription
- Enter the number of player licenses you need
- Click on “Choose a package”
- Enter your email address (for invoices and order confirmation)
- Choose your preferred payment method:
- Credit card
- SEPA direct debit
- Google Pay
- If you have a promo code, you can enter it on the left
- Fill in all required payment information
- Click on “Subscribe”
- You will receive a confirmation email.
- You can find your invoice anytime in the “License & Invoices” section.
- The licenses are automatically linked to your account and can be connected to players right away.
- Annual payment often offers a discount compared to monthly billing.
- You can upgrade or cancel your license at any time.

Change or increase the number of licenses
You want to use more players, switch your license package, or change between monthly and annual billing? With just a few clicks, you can easily adjust your subscription in the FRAMR. cockpit.
Step-by-step guide
1. Open License & InvoicesLog in to https://cockpit.framr.tv with your user account.
Move your mouse cursor to your user account icon at the top right.
Click on “License & Invoices” to access the billing section.
2. Change Package & Payment Information
Click the “Change Package & Payment Information” button on the left.

- Click the “Update Subscription” button on the right.
- Now you can:
- Change the license package (e.g., from “JET” to “PROPELLER”)
- Increase or decrease the number of licenses (players)
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Choose the desired settings.
- Follow the remaining payment process if any changes incur a fee.
- After completion, your new license package is either activated immediately or takes effect from the next billing period.
- An increase in the number of licenses is usually activated immediately and billed on a pro-rata basis.
- A reduction or switch to a smaller package takes effect at the end of the current term.
- Switching from monthly to annual billing (or vice versa) also takes effect at the next billing period.
Download invoice
Once you have purchased a license and the first invoice has been generated, you can download it as a PDF at any time.
Here’s how:
Log in to https://cockpit.framr.tv with your user account.
Move your mouse to your user account icon at the top right.
Click on “License & Invoices”.
You will now see a list of all invoices generated so far.
In each row, there is a “PDF” button – click it to download the respective invoice.

Note: The invoices are in PDF format and include all relevant information such as amount, billing period, VAT, payment method, and recipient details.
Enter address information and VAT number
To ensure your invoices are issued correctly, you should enter or update your company address and VAT identification number in the FRAMR. cockpit.
Step-by-step guide
1. Open License & InvoicesGo to https://cockpit.framr.tv and log in with your user account.
Move your mouse to your user account icon at the top right.
Click on “License & Invoices” to access the license section.
Click the “Change Package & Payment Info” button on the left.
In the overview that appears, click the “Update Information” button.

- Now you can enter or update your company address, billing address, and VAT identification number (UID).
- Make sure the information is complete and accurate, as it will be automatically used on your invoices.
- Confirm your entries by clicking “Save.”
- The changes will apply immediately to future invoices.
- Changes do not affect invoices that have already been issued.

Update payment information
Want to add a new payment method or change your default payment option? No problem! You can manage your payment information in the FRAMR. cockpit in just a few steps.
How to update your payment information
1. Open License & InvoicesLog in to https://cockpit.framr.tv with your user account.
Move your mouse to your user account icon (top right).
Select “License & Invoices” from the menu.
2. Edit payment information
Click on “Change Package & Payment Information” in the left navigation.
Scroll down to “Payment Method” in the following section.
- Here you can:
- Add new payment methods (e.g., credit card, SEPA direct debit, Google Pay)
- Set an existing payment method as the default payment option
- Select your preferred payment method and confirm your choice.
Tip: The default payment method is automatically used for future renewals or purchases.
Cancel subscription
If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you can cancel it directly in the cockpit.
Step-by-step:
2. Click the “End License” button at the bottom left.

4. There, you will find the “Cancel Subscription” button on the right.
5. Confirm the cancellation.
The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current term. Until then, your access remains active, but there will be no automatic renewal.
