Entries for data model
With the "Entries for Data Model" feature, you can capture specific content within a previously created data model — called entries. Each entry represents an object or a person, depending on the purpose of the model (e.g., employees, rooms, devices). By clicking the "New Entry" button, you add new content and fill in the previously defined properties, such as name, description, image, or location. These entries are automatically displayed according to the sorting and visibility rules of the data model and can later be integrated into the navigation or on maps.
To create a new entry in a data model, first select the desired data model for editing at the top, then click on "Add new Entry".

Now you can enter all the important information that was previously defined in the data model — for example, name, description, images, location, or other custom properties.

Under Visibility, you can specify the time period during which the entry should be visible — ideal for time-limited content.
If you want to display your entries in a specific order, you can manually set this using the Sort index. Entries with lower values will appear higher up.
Then, click "Save" in the editing toolbar at the top to save the entry and apply it to the data model.
In the editing toolbar, you will also find the "Activate" and "Deactivate" buttons, which allow you to control whether an entry is displayed on the frontend. Using "Deactivate" hides the entry without deleting it — ideal for temporary changes. The "Delete" button permanently removes the entry from the data model. Warning: This action cannot be undone.
