Module - ticket system

This module is not part of the standard FRAMR Propeller or Jet license. If you are interested, please contact support.

The ticket system module is used to issue ticket numbers and then call them from booths or stations. It is intended for queue scenarios such as reception, service counters, consultation desks, pickup areas, or other places where visitors receive a ticket first and are called later.

The module consists of two parts:
  • ticket issuing on a player or terminal,
  • the booth/station interface, where staff can call the next number and complete tickets.

Add the module to a playlist

  1. Open the relevant playlist in FRAMR. Cockpit.
  2. Click Add module.
  3. Select ticket system.
  4. Open the module settings.
  5. Configure texts, ticket counter, printer, and appearance.
  6. Save the module.
  7. Save the playlist.
  8. Assign the playlist to the required player or ticket terminal.
