ticket system - ticket management
The Ticket management area of a group is used to manage the data for the call system. This includes statistics, stations/booths, and ticket categories. It is the central place to prepare and later evaluate the call system for a group.
Open ticket management
- Open the FRAMR. Cockpit.
- Open the relevant group.
- Open Ticket management.
- Check Statistics, Stations, and Categories.
Available actions depend on user permissions. Users without administrative permissions may only be able to view certain entries.

Use statistics
- Select a time range using From and To.
- Optional: Filter by Station.
- Optional: Filter by Category.
- Click Show.
- Review summary, graph, or table.
- Use Export if you need to export the data.
Statistics may include tickets, open tickets, closed tickets, cancelled tickets, called tickets, call events, average wait time, average processing time, and average total duration.

Switch between graph and table
- Graph is useful for a quick overview.
- Table is useful for exact values and export checks.
Depending on the selected time range, the view may be grouped automatically, for example hourly, daily, or weekly.

Review tickets with comments

Manage stations/booths
Create a new station
- Open Stations in Ticket management.
- Click New station.
- Enter a name.
- Optional: Enter a short code.
- Optional: Define the sort order.
- Activate the station if it should be used.
- Save the station.
Edit a station
- Open Stations.
- Click Edit for the relevant station.
- Change name, code, sort order, or status.
- Save the change.
If a station is inactive, it cannot be used like an active station in the booth interface. Use Show archived stations to display hidden or inactive stations.

Manage categories
Create a new category
- Open Categories in Ticket management.
- Click New category.
- Enter a title.
- Optional: Add a description.
- Optional: Select a color.
- Optional: Define the sort order.
- Activate the category.
- Save the category.
Edit a category
- Open Categories.
- Click Edit for the relevant category.
- Change title, description, color, sort order, or status.
- Save the change.
Use Show archived categories to display inactive categories.
